Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to do to get started?

The first thing we need to do is schedule a meet and greet. This allows me to get to know you and your pet. We’ll discuss your pet, home, and go over our services. When you decide to move forward with Pup Club, we will discuss pricing and service options to best fit your needs. I will ask you to sign a service agreement and I will request 2 copies of your house key. If you are not able to provide me with a key at the time of the consultation, you can schedule a time to drop it off at my office in Rosedale (SR-70 & I-75). I secure all client keys/garage openers in my office in a safe location.

Are you bonded and insured?

What happens in bad weather?

We’ll walk in the rain. If the weather is unsafe, we will rearrange the visit but I will make sure your pet gets out to go potty.

How will you communicate with me to let me know how the visit went?

I have a few options based on what you prefer. If you use the Scout GPS app, I will send an update via the app. I have an online report card that can be emailed to you after each visit, I can send a text or we can leave a report card at your house. Please be sure to let your sitter know your preference so we can make sure we are communicating the best way possible for you!

Will someone different be coming into my house all the time?

Absolutely not. I am currently the business owner and sole employee.

Should you tip your pet sitter?

Tips aren’t expected but are very much appreciated. I work extremely hard to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet at all times and will often go above and beyond the call of duty.
